At Urban Body Jewelry, we prioritize hygiene and safety, allowing returns on unworn and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of body jewelry, items must remain in their original heat-sealed clear packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your jewelry is still in its original, factory-sealed clear plastic bag and has not been worn or tried on.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unopened items in a padded envelope or box to prevent damage during transit back to our facility.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send the package to our returns department using a trackable shipping method and wait 3-5 business days for processing once received.
